Pizza Workshop is an Italian experience built around doing things together. It's relaxed company and conversation-sparking, hands-on activity, where Italian head chef Emanuele guides participants into the secrets of pizza, starting from the dough.

A team day that tastes of Italy

  • A relaxed evening in the atmospheric Pizzala restaurant, in the old red-brick building of Helsinki's Teurastamo.
  • The evening opens with antipasti made in the style of the head chef's home region.
  • Participants get to learn the secrets of making the dough, and everyone takes their own dough home as well.
  • Everyone gets to try what it's like to bake pizza in a unique wood-fired 500 °C Neapolitan oven.
  • The evening is rounded off with dessert.
  • Alongside making the pizzas, the event includes a talk on the history and meaning of pizza, in Finland too.
  • The bar is open all evening.
  • Duration approx. 2.5–4 h, run to your schedule.
